Ethics
LoopLab™ Ethics, Transparency & Conflict‑of‑Interest Protocol
LoopLab™ maintains strict professional independence to ensure all recommendations, evaluations, and supplier engagements remain transparent, unbiased, and fully aligned with retailer interests. This policy defines the ethical and governance framework guiding all LoopLab™ activities.

INDIVIDUAL & ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRITY PRINCIPLES
• Independent Advice
All recommendations are based solely on technical merit, sustainability impact, performance outcomes, and long‑term strategic value for the retailer/client.
• No Undisclosed Compensation
LoopLab™ does not accept commissions, incentives, or financial benefits from suppliers unless formally disclosed, contractually approved, and explicitly authorized by the retailer.
• Separation of Services
Supplier‑funded capability programs are contractually separate and firewall‑protected from retailer advisory work, ensuring sourcing decisions remain unbiased.
• Mandatory Disclosure & Recusal
Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed immediately. LoopLab™ will recuse from decisions where neutrality may be compromised.
• Governance Integrity
All assessments, certifications, and evaluations follow governed, auditable methodologies to maintain objectivity and credibility across value chains.
COMPENSATION & FUNDING STRUCTURE
• Retailer‑Funded Advisory
All strategic advisory, governance, sourcing alignment, and transformation work is funded directly by the retailer.
• Performance‑Linked Fee Options
Retailers may choose performance‑based fee models tied to efficiency gains, quality improvement, or circularity outcomes.
• Supplier‑Funded Capability Development
Suppliers may independently contract LoopLab™ for capability uplift; these engagements never influence retailer sourcing or evaluation outcomes.
• No Hidden Incentives
LoopLab™ strictly rejects back‑channel commissions, referral fees, rebates, or undisclosed financial arrangements.
OUTCOME
This protocol ensures complete transparency, eliminates bias, and protects the integrity of LoopLab’s transformation programs—strengthening trust, accountability, and governance across global retail and manufacturing ecosystems.
