Career Highlights

• Principal Fabric Engineer (Director Level), Target Corporation (2022–2025) — Architected enterprise-wide circular design and EPR compliance frameworks, created the Next-Gen Fiber Strategy. Improved supplier predictability by 25% and drove data-governed transparency, linking PLM and SPARK systems for traceable material storytelling.

• VP Manufacturing, Faribault Woolen Mill, USA — Revived an iconic American heritage mill post-closure, restoring profitability and modernizing operations, integrating quality, sustainability, and lean management systems.

• Director / General Manager, Thika Cloth Mills, Kenya — Led one of East Africa’s largest textile operations with 1,000+ employees, transforming fiber-to-finish efficiency and expanding exports to European markets.

SB -707- Responsible Textile Recovery Act – EPR:

• Created Supply Chain alignment within US and WH to develop Next-Gen Bed & Décor Fill Programs using T2T fibers.

 

Circular Design & Waste Reduction:

• Delivered 5% cutting waste reduction (saving 43K of fabric and $834K annually).

 

Innovation & R&D:

• Implemented CiCLO Technology in Rugs and TOB. Finalized Off Take agreement.

• Project ready 3D weaving, and waterless digital dyeing systems.

• Engineered bio-based finishes.

• Developed products with T2T rPET replacing B2T rPET.
